Project: 89 grout injection piles (GSI piles) – foundation project for a villa in Warmond

For the foundation of a newly built villa in Warmond, Solines produced and supplied a total of 89 grout injection piles (GSI piles) with diameters of Ø 168 mm and Ø 219 mm and a length of 17.00 meters.

These steel foundation tubes were specifically used as grout injection piles and provide a reliable solution for projects where load-bearing capacity, stability, and durability are essential.

Logistics proved to be a key challenge within this project. Due to the length of 17.00 meters and the total volume, transportation required precise planning and coordination. In close cooperation with our suppliers, Solines efficiently managed this process while maintaining its well-known quality standards and delivery reliability.

The foundation works were carried out by VDB Funderingstechnieken B.V.. Within this project, Solines was responsible for both the supply of the steel tubes and the production of the grout injection piles, playing a crucial role in the realization of the foundation.

Thanks to the strong collaboration between all parties involved, a solid and future-proof foundation has been established for this new-build villa.
