Custom steel foundation tubes with base plate for foundation project in Boskoop
For Gebroeders De Koning from Papendrecht, Solines supplied four steel tubes Ø 406.4 x 12.70 mm with a length of 17.5 meters. These tubes were welded to size using a circumferential weld (4x around) and fitted with a base plate according to specification A=10. All welding work was carried out manually by our certified welders, fully in compliance with the European standard EN ISO 1090-2.
Thanks to the base plate, the tube can easily be gripped by a vibratory hammer and driven into the ground. This foundation project in Boskoop was fully prepared within Solines Welding & Construction.
