Steel tubes with PE coating for dike reinforcement in Rheinberg

For the dike reinforcement in Rheinberg, Solines supplied more than 154 meters of steel tubes with PE coating. These tubes are essential in hydraulic engineering projects: they withstand heavy loads and provide long-lasting protection against corrosion, even in wet or aggressive environments.

The delivery included tubes in various diameters and lengths, including Ø 1016.0 × 20.00 mm and Ø 1220.0 × 20.60 mm. All materials came directly from our large stock and comply with EN 10219 / S355J2H. In our workshop, the tubes were cut to exact length, expertly beveled on both sides, and finished with a durable PE coating. This makes them perfectly suited for long-term use under water or heavy soil load.

Thanks to close coordination with our transport partners and coating specialist, we were able to deliver precisely according to the project schedule, ensuring the reinforcement work could proceed without delay.
