Solines BV in Moerdijk is currently offering an impressive batch of spiral-welded tubes with a total mass of almost 52 tons and a combined length of 168 meters. The tubes feature a generous outside diameter of Ø 1,016.0 millimeters and a wall thickness of 12.50 millimeters, manufactured in steel grade S355J2H to EN 10219. They are supplied as standard in 12-meter lengths, ready for a wide range of structural applications.

Thanks to their combination of high strength and excellent weldability, these tubes are ideal for heavy foundation work—for instance as combi-piles in quay walls and bridge structures. They also serve effortlessly as carrier tubes for cables or pressure lines in HDD drillings. In the port and offshore sectors they are valued as robust fender and mooring piles that protect both vessels and quays. Compliance with the EN 10219 structural-steel standard gives designers dependable material properties for critical welding and connection techniques.

If the standard 12-meter length does not fit your project, Solines Welding & Construction can precision-cut the tubes to any required size, for outside diameters up to 1,220.0 millimeters. For projects demanding longer sections, our certified specialists can expertly weld the Ø 1,016.0 × 12.50 millimeter tubes to specification, preserving structural integrity while delivering perfectly matching sections and minimising on-site assembly time.
