Steel tubes Ø 406.4 × 8.00 mm in S355J2H – directly from stock

Solines B.V. currently has an interesting batch of longitudinally welded steel tubes available in Moerdijk, with a total weight of over 47 tonnes. The tubes have a diameter of Ø 406.4 × 8.00 millimeters and are produced in steel grade S355J2H according to EN 10219. They are supplied in fixed lengths of 12.00 meters, with a total batch length of 600 meters, and are directly available from stock.

These steel tubes are primarily used as foundation piles in commercial construction, infrastructure and port-related projects. In addition, they are suitable as casings for bored and vibrated piles or as load-bearing columns in heavy steel structures. The combination of diameter, wall thickness and steel grade makes these tubes suitable for high structural loads and durable structural applications. Thanks to the fixed 12-metre length, they are efficiently applicable in serial foundation and construction projects.

Is the standard length not fully suitable for your project? Through Solines Welding & Construction, the tubes can be cut to size. Further customisation is available, including tapering and various welding operations, such as welding on drill points, base plates, bottom plates, construction points or construction plates. All welding work is carried out by experienced and certified welders.
