This week, Solines BV in Moerdijk has an interesting batch in focus. It concerns longitudinally welded steel tubes with a size of Ø 323.9 x 5.60 millimeters in steel grade S235JRH according to EN10219, supplied in standard lengths of 6.00 meters. The total batch consists of approximately 500 meters with a total weight of over 22 tons. These structural tubes are available directly from stock at Solines BV and are suitable for applications within civil engineering, infrastructure, and steel structures.
Due to the combination of diameter and wall thickness, these steel tubes are particularly suitable for light to medium-duty applications within civil engineering and steel construction. Typical uses include casing or sleeve tubes for foundation works, light foundation tubes and pile tubes for limited load conditions, as well as strut tubes, auxiliary piles, and temporary support structures.
