148 tons longitudinally welded steel tubes Ø 355.6 x 8.00 millimeters available

This week Solines BV in Moerdijk has an interesting batch in focus. It concerns longitudinally welded steel tubes in the dimension Ø 355.6 x 8.00 millimeters, manufactured in steel grade S235JR / EN10219, with a standard length of 12.00 meters. The total batch consists of more than 2,100 meters of tubes with a total weight of 148 tons. These tubes are available immediately from stock at Solines BV.

Due to the combination of Ø 355.6 millimeters, a wall thickness of 8.00 millimeters and steel grade S235JR, these steel tubes are technically well suited as structural tubes, pile tubes and foundation tubes for light to medium foundation structures. These tubes can also be used as casing tubes in foundation works, as steel columns in load-bearing steel structures and as support tubes in civil engineering, infrastructure and industrial applications. They are also suitable for marine construction and supporting steel structures, provided the project loads and detailing are designed accordingly.

For project-specific execution, Solines Welding & Construction can further process and assemble these tubes. The tubes can be cut, welded, cold-formed (tromped) and prepared with a welding bevel for connection, installation or further processing on site. Additional components can also be added, such as base plates, bottom plates, flanges, drilling points, drill heads and structural plates. All welding work is carried out by experienced and certified welders, allowing Solines to deliver complete customized solutions for steel construction, civil engineering and foundation structures.
